Shipping Domestically
We are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States using USPS Priority or FedEx Priority. A signature will be required to accept the package. mausamGems does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
All orders shipped include a complementary shipping insurance up to $25,000.
Delivery Terms
Generally, orders are sent for shipping within 5-7 working days. However, during high seasons, sales and offers the delivery time could take 7-10 days.
Cancellations
Once the order is placed and an email confirmation of the order is sent we do not offer any cancellations as they are made to order.

All diamond jewelry purchased from mausamGems comes with life-time trade-in allowance of 80%. An instant credit of 80% of the original purchase price of your previously purchased diamond jewelry can be applied to another diamond jewelry purchase whenever you wish to trade-in and upgrade.
